We hang our hat in Occidental.

And just beyond our little village, West County is yours to wander. Follow winding roads that weave through towering redwoods to tiny towns, vineyards, hidden beaches, swimming holes, farm stands, and some very good places to eat and drink along the way. Head for the coast, linger over lunch, get lost in the woods, or simply see where the road takes you. There’s plenty to explore out here—and no particular reason to hurry.
